Use this FAQ when you're preparing images for a specific marketing output — a website page, brochure, presentation, proposal, newsletter, or social campaign. For detailed steps, follow the related article links.
Why can't I find the images I'm looking for? Your search term may be too specific, active filters may be limiting your results, or the asset may not yet be available in the Media Library. Try broader keywords — a destination, city, attraction, experience, or property name — before applying filters.
Can I search by hotel, city or destination? Yes. The Media Library supports searches by destination, city, hotel, attraction, experience, restaurant, cruise, and other keywords.
What's the difference between search and filters? Search locates assets by keyword. Filters narrow your results based on available metadata, such as destination, category, asset type, and other attributes.
Can I browse images without searching? Yes. You can browse Albums and other available content to explore the Library without entering keywords.
Which image size should I use for a website? Use the recommended download preset if one is available, or Resize — this keeps digital pages fast-loading.
Which option is best for a printed brochure? Use the Original file for the highest quality and best results with a professional designer.
How do I prepare images for social media? Use the matching Download Preset if available (Facebook, Instagram, X), or Crop for a custom format.
Should I download the image or share a link? Download when you only need one or two assets for your own use. Share a link when sending a full set to a colleague, designer, or client — it avoids large attachments and lets you control access.
Can I send a Collection to my designer? Yes. Share the Collection as a link so your designer can access every asset from one place, without downloading and re-sending files individually.
Can I download multiple images at once? Yes. Select multiple assets before clicking Download. You'll be asked to review and accept the applicable Terms & Conditions, and you should review the licensing information for each asset before publishing.
Is there a limit to the number of images I can download? No. Please download only the assets you need for your current business purpose.
Why can't I download an image? Confirm you've accepted the Terms & Conditions, refresh the page, check your internet connection, or try another supported browser. If the issue continues, see Troubleshooting.
What's the difference between My Selections and Collections? My Selections is a temporary workspace for shortlisting images while browsing. Collections are saved groups of assets you can organize, revisit, and share whenever needed.
Can I share a Collection? Yes, using a Share Link. Recipients can access only the assets included in the shared Collection, as defined by the permissions set when the link was created.
Can people without a Media Library account access shared images? Yes, if the Share Link was configured to allow public access. They can't browse the rest of the Media Library unless they have their own account.
Does a Share Link expire? It depends on the settings chosen when the link was created — you can set an expiration date, or select Never so it doesn't expire.
Can recipients download images from a Share Link? Yes, if download permission was enabled when the link was created.
