Find the Right Images for Your Project
Looking for a destination, hotel, activity, attraction, or marketing visuals?
Whether you're building a website, brochure, proposal, or campaign, this category helps you spend less time searching and more time working with the right visuals — through smart search, filters, and image preview.
Overview
Looking for a destination, hotel, activity, attraction, or marketing visuals? The right search approach will get you relevant images in seconds, whether you're building a Vietnam landing page, a luxury itinerary proposal, or a social media post.
Search using keywords
Enter one or more keywords into the search bar. You can search by:
- Destination
- Hotel name
- Attraction
- Activity or experience
- Food & beverage
- Theme
- Product name (when known)
The more clearly your search reflects your marketing need, the faster you'll find strong visuals.
- Thailand — Try: Phuket beach
- Hotel — Try: Trisara Phuket
- Food — Try: Hanoi street food
- Temple — Try: Angkor Wat sunrise

Search by marketing need
- A destination page — Try searching for: "Vietnam landscape", "Cambodia temples"
- A brochure — Try searching for: "[destination] hero image", "[destination] culture"
- A client proposal — Try searching for: "[hotel name]", "[destination] luxury"
- A social post — Try searching for: "[destination] sunset", "[experience] lifestyle"
Search using quotation marks
For an exact name or phrase, put your search term in quotation marks. This tells the Media Library to search for the complete phrase rather than the individual words — especially useful for hotel names, product names, and multi-word destinations.
- "Halong Bay" — Result: Finds images containing the exact phrase "Halong Bay".
- Halong Bay — Result: Returns broader results related to both "Halong" and "Bay".
Pro Tip: Try quotation marks first when you need a precise, well-known name — you'll cut through irrelevant results faster. [Insert screenshot: Search using quotation marks]
Search using metadata
You don't always need to know the exact image name. Searching with relevant metadata often produces better results, including:
- Product name
- Destination
- Brand
- Segment
- Content type
- Tags and keywords
If your first search doesn't work
Before contacting support, try broadening your search:
- Search by destination or city instead of a specific hotel or product name.
- Remove quotation marks and check spelling.
- Clear any active filters, then search again.
- Browse the relevant destination folder if you're unsure of the right keyword.
Best practices
- Combine a destination with an activity or experience for more targeted results.
- Use quotation marks for exact names.
- Try alternative or broader keywords if your first search comes up short.
Marketing Tip: Pairing a destination with a mood or activity — "Luang Prabang sunrise," "Bali wellness" — usually surfaces more usable, on-brand imagery than a single broad keyword. [Insert screenshot/GIF: Search in action]
