Didn't receive the activation email
- Check your Spam, Junk or Promotions folder.
- Search your inbox for emails from Canto.
- Wait a few minutes in case of a delivery delay.
- Still nothing? Contact your Easia Travel representative or email digitalmarketing@easia-travel.com and request a new activation email.
Activation link has expired
Activation links remain valid for a limited period. Once expired, they can't be used.
- Return to the Media Library invitation.
- Contact your Easia Travel representative, or email digitalmarketing@easia-travel.com, and request a new activation email.
- Use the new link to complete your account setup.
Can't log in
This is usually caused by an incorrect password, an unactivated account, or outdated login information stored in your browser.
- Check your password carefully.
- Select Forgot Password if needed.
- Confirm your account has already been activated.
- Refresh the page and try again.
