Whether you're collecting ideas, preparing a client proposal, collaborating with colleagues, or sharing assets with partners, each feature supports a different stage of your workflow.

My Selections — Best used as: A temporary shortlist while browsing — Typical use case: Comparing images for a proposal or campaign
Collections — Best used as: A saved project folder — Typical use case: Organizing assets by client, destination, brochure or campaign
Share Links — Best used as: Controlled external sharing — Typical use case: Sending approved assets to designers, colleagues or partners
Following — Best used as: A personal bookmark — Typical use case: Keeping go-to hero images or recurring product visuals close at hand

Found some images you like, but you're not ready to download them yet? My Selections is your personal workspace for temporarily saving assets while you browse — build a shortlist, compare options, and keep exploring before deciding which assets to keep. Think of My Selections as a temporary basket for your current task. When you're ready, download the selected assets or move them into a Collection for future use.

What is My Selections?

My Selections is a private space for temporarily saving assets during your current browsing session. Unlike Collections, it's intended for short-term use — a way to gather potential images without creating a permanent folder. Only you can see your My Selections.

When should I use My Selections?

Travel professionals rarely choose the first image they see — they compare options, build a shortlist, then decide. Use My Selections whenever you're still deciding, such as when you:

Compare several hotel photos before choosing the best one.
Gather inspiration for a travel proposal.
Shortlist images for a presentation or brochure.
Review images before downloading them.

If you plan to keep the assets for an ongoing project or collaborate with colleagues, move them into a Collection instead.

Save assets to My Selections

Select one or more assets.
Click Remember Selection on the toolbar.
The selected assets are added to My Selections.

View your My Selections

Open My Selections from the left navigation panel to view, remove, download or add your saved assets to a Collection. [Insert screenshot: My Selections panel]

Remove assets from My Selections

Open My Selections.
Select the asset you want to remove.
Remove it from your selection.

Removing an asset from My Selections does not delete it from the Media Library. [Insert screenshot: Removing an asset]

Download assets from My Selections

Open My Selections.
Select one or more assets.
Click Download.
Choose the download option that best suits your needs.

Move assets to a Collection

If your shortlist becomes part of a larger project, move the assets into a Collection, which is designed for organizing images over a longer period — useful for destinations, campaigns, or client proposals.

Open My Selections.
Select the assets you want to keep.
Click Add to Collection.
Choose an existing Collection or create a new one.

Your assets remain in the Media Library and also appear in your Collection. [Insert screenshot: Add to Collection from My Selections]

Marketing Tip: Shortlist more images than you think you need, then narrow down once you know the exact format and message — it's easier to cut a strong option than to go back and search again.
