Download Presets let you prepare images for common marketing channels in a few clicks — no manual resizing, no design support needed. Instead of adjusting dimensions yourself, choose the preset that matches your output, such as a factsheet header or a social media post.
Why use presets?
Presets save time and let you publish images at the right dimensions right away. They also keep output more consistent across all Easia partners, and reduce how often you need to request image resizing from the Easia team.
Download using a preset
- Open an asset and select Download.
- Open the File Type dropdown.
- Choose the preset that matches your output.
- Select Download.

Available presets
- Facebook Image — Recommended use: Facebook posts
- Instagram Image — Recommended use: Instagram posts
- X Image — Recommended use: X (Twitter) posts
Best practices
- Use a preset whenever one matches your intended channel — it's faster and more consistent than manual resizing.
- Preview the result before downloading to confirm the crop still shows the right subject.
