Can I use Media Library images on my website? Yes, provided the asset's licensing information allows it. Always review the Terms & Conditions, Copyright and Photographer / License information before publishing.
Can I use Media Library images in travel proposals, presentations and brochures? Yes, provided you follow the licensing information assigned to each asset.
Can I use Media Library images in advertising campaigns, including paid ads? Yes. Images labeled Easia Travel – Marketing Use Allowed may be used in advertising and promotional campaigns related to Easia Travel and its partners. Images labeled Partner Property – Attribution Required or Photographer Copyright – Permission Required may also be used, provided the required copyright or attribution is included wherever the image is published.
Can I post Media Library images on social media? Yes, in accordance with the asset's Terms & Conditions. Where attribution is required, include the appropriate property or photographer credit.
Can I upload Media Library images to a public Facebook album? Yes, provided the asset's licensing information is respected and any required copyright or attribution is included.
Can I use Media Library images in a newsletter? Yes, following the same rule as other marketing materials — check the asset's Terms & Conditions, Copyright and Photographer / License fields before publishing.
Can I crop, resize or compress images? Yes. Images may be cropped, resized or compressed to suit your marketing materials. Don't remove copyright information or attribution where required, and avoid edits that misrepresent the destination, property or experience.
Can I edit Media Library images using AI tools? Uploading Media Library images to AI platforms isn't recommended. Third-party AI tools have their own terms around ownership, licensing and reuse, which can put the image's copyright and licensing at risk. Use Media Library assets directly in your marketing materials rather than uploading them to third-party AI services.
Can I add my company logo to an image? Yes, for images where the Copyright is Easia Travel. For partner- or photographer-owned images, always follow the asset's licensing information before adding branding or making further edits — this typically means avoiding anything that could imply endorsement by the property or photographer.
Can I send my clients downloaded images? Yes. Downloaded images may be shared with your clients when supporting travel proposals, quotations, itineraries or other business communications related to Easia Travel products.
Can I share downloaded images with third-party designers or agencies? Yes, provided they're used only for your approved business purpose and all applicable copyright and attribution requirements continue to be respected.
Do I need to credit the property or the photographer?
It depends on the image's usage label — some require a credit, others don't. See Understand What Each Usage Label Allows for the full breakdown by label.
Can I remove or edit image metadata? No. Downloaded assets should not have their licensing or copyright metadata altered or removed.
Can I request additional images? Yes. Contact your Easia Travel representative — we'll review your request and, where possible, add approved assets to the Media Library.
What if an image's usage information looks incorrect? Please report it to your Easia Travel representative or the Easia team. Including the asset name or a screenshot helps us investigate and correct it quickly.
Can I continue using downloaded images if I'm no longer working with Easia Travel? No. Access to Media Library assets is provided as part of your business relationship with Easia Travel. If that relationship ends, discontinue using Media Library assets unless you have separate permission from the copyright owner or Easia Travel.
