Ready to start using Easia's approved visuals in your own marketing work? This article explains how to request access, activate your account, and sign in for the first time.
Why this matters
Once your account is active, you can start building better marketing materials immediately — a destination page, a client proposal, a social post, a hotel factsheet — using imagery that's already approved for professional use. No stock photo research, no waiting on the Digital Marketing team.
Before you begin
To use the Media Library, you'll need:
- An approved Media Library account
- Access to the email address used during registration
- A stable internet connection to complete activation

Step 1: Request access
Complete the Media Library registration form using your business email address. Your request will be reviewed by the Easia Travel team, and once approved, you'll receive an activation email from Canto, the platform that powers the Easia Media Library. Tip: Use your company email address whenever possible. This helps us verify your organization and process your request faster.
Step 2: Activate your account
Open the activation email from Canto and select Activate Account. [Insert screenshot: Canto activation email] Important: Your activation link is valid for 48 hours. If it expires, request a new activation email — see Troubleshooting below.
Step 3: Sign in
After activating your account:
- Open the Media Library.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Enter your password.
- Select Sign In.
You'll be taken to the Media Library homepage, where you can start searching, downloading and sharing images for your marketing projects. [Insert screenshot: Media Library sign-in page]
Forgot your password?
- Select Forgot Password on the sign-in page.
- Enter your registered email address.
- Follow the instructions in the password reset email.

Having trouble accessing your account?
If you haven't received your activation email, check your Spam or Junk folder and search your inbox for emails from Canto, using the same address you registered with. Still stuck?
