When you're preparing a complete proposal, brochure or campaign, you often need several visuals at once. Use multi-select to download a full set of images quickly, or save them into a Collection first if you need to review or share them before downloading.
Download multiple assets from the Library or search results
- Tick two or more images you want to download.
- Use Select All if you want every visible asset.
- Select the Download icon from the action toolbar.
- Choose the required download option.
- Select Download.

Other actions after selecting multiple assets
You can also add selected assets to My Selections, add them to a Collection, or share them — useful when you're not ready to download yet, or want to organize the set before use.
When to use multi-select vs. Collections
Use direct multi-select when you need to download images quickly. Use My Selections or Collections when you want to review, organize or reuse the images later — for example, when building out a Vietnam proposal, a hotel factsheet, or a full destination brochure with several assets.
Best practices
- Organize larger projects into a Collection first, rather than multi-selecting from scattered search results.
- Check the usage rights of every asset in your set before publishing — not just the first one.
Marketing Tip: For recurring projects, building a Collection first means you can pull the same complete set again later without re-searching.
